Shipping and Delivery Information

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to external factors outside our control. To avoid potential inconvenience, we strongly recommend scheduling any tradespeople or related services only after receiving all items.

Order Processing Timeline

In-stock items typically require up to 72 hours for processing before dispatch.

Expected Time of Arrival (ETA) and Backorders

Products with an ETA will be placed on backorder when included in your order. Please pay close attention to the ETAs for each product, which can be found on the product page, cart page, and checkout page. Orders containing a combination of in-stock and backordered items will have their in-stock items dispatched immediately, while backordered items will be sent upon arrival at our warehouse. The provided ETA serves as an estimate for the product's arrival at our warehouse, after which it usually takes up to 48 hours for order processing before dispatch.

Shipping Restrictions: PO Box Addresses

We regret that we are unable to ship to PO boxes. Kindly provide an alternative street address for delivery purposes.

Order Receipt and Collection

• Orders will be dispatched to the address provided at checkout, with "Authority To Leave" as the default option. Consequently, packages may be delivered without obtaining a signature, provided that the delivery driver deems the location safe for leaving the package.

• Should you be unavailable during delivery, or if the delivery driver is unable to access the specified address or considers the location unsafe for package delivery, the package may be redirected to a nearby collection point (such as a Post Office, Parcel Locker, Parcel Connect, Newsagent, or similar facility) for pickup. 

• Please refer to the calling card left by the courier for collection details and promptly retrieve your package.

• In the event that you cannot locate the calling card, please contact sales@ookami.studio with your order number, and we will make every effort to assist you.

For international orders, please be aware that you are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.
