Refund policy

At Ookami Studio, we are committed to your satisfaction. We graciously accept returns of unused and pristine items within 30  days of merchandise receipt. Returned items can be exchanged for alternative hardware or fully refunded, subject to a 15% restocking fee. For one-time order exchanges, Ookami Studio waives outgoing shipping and restocking fees.

To initiate a return, kindly fill out the Create a Return form within the 30-day window. If the return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number which need to be included in the return package.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:

Returned items must be meticulously packaged and presented in their original condition to avoid potential refund denials resulting from mishandling or improper installation.

The Return Authorisation Number should be enclosed within the package.

We kindly recommend utilising tracked and insured shipping services, such as StarTrack or Aramex, as Ookami Studio cannot assume liability for items damaged in transit or those lost by the carrier. Refunds will be expediently processed within 5-7 business days of receipt by the Ookami Studio warehouse.

Please note that Return Authorisations expire 14 days following issuance, so timely shipping is strongly encouraged.
