For orders exceeding $150, we provide complimentary EXPRESS shipping as an added benefit. However, if your order total is below this threshold, a flat standard EXPRESS shipping fee of $10 will be applied. Your order will be with you within a week of ordering, Australia Wide.

While we primarily use Australia Express Post for the majority of our shipments, we occasionally employ Startrack Express services for bulkier or heavier packages.

Your order will be processed and shipped within two business days, after which you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of the delivery. Express Post takes between 1 to 4 business days depending on location.

Currently, our shipping services are limited to customers within Australia. However, if you are not located in Australia and are keen to acquire our products, please reach out to our sales team at sales@ookami.studio.

Ookami does not have a pick up option from its studio or warehouse. Our delivery is very quick and we are committed to that. Please contact our Australian distributors if you require the product super urgently and tif hey are based near you.

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email outlining an anticipated delivery date.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email containing pertinent shipping details, such as a tracking number.
