What’s Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage, misuse, or negligence.

• Improper installation or modifications.

• Exposure to chemicals, extreme conditions, or moisture.

• General wear and tear, including natural aging, fading, or patina.

• Installation not performed by an accredited and licensed professional.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim:

1. Email sales@ookami.studio with:

• Proof of purchase.

• Photos of the defect.

• A brief description of the issue.

2. We may request an inspection or further assessment.

If your product is deemed defective, we will repair, replace, or offer a suitable solution at our discretion. If the item is no longer available, we may provide a substitute with similar specifications.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to product replacement. We are not responsible for any additional costs, damages, or losses resulting from a defect.

Your Consumer Rights

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees the right to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for foreseeable loss or damage.
